What is Vitalmap™ and why is it included?
Vitalmap™ is the diagnostic foundation of the Apex system. It provides structured baseline assessment before any pathway is activated.
This ensures the pathway is guided by objective findings, suitability, and clinical context rather than assumption.
Are blood panels included?
Yes. Each pathway begins with Vitalmap™, which includes relevant diagnostic assessment and blood panels appropriate to the pathway and clinical context.
Specific panels may vary depending on the pathway, suitability, and clinical review.
What happens after I purchase a pathway?
After purchase, you complete Vitalmap™ first. Your results are then reviewed to determine whether the selected pathway is suitable.
If suitable, the pathway component is activated. If unsuitable, the pathway component is not activated and the remaining balance is refunded or credited according to program terms.
What happens if the pathway is not suitable for me?
If the pathway is not suitable after Vitalmap™ review, the pathway component will not be activated.
The Vitalmap™ component is retained for services delivered, and the remaining pathway balance may be refunded or applied as Apex Credit toward eligible Apex services or approved Performance Tools, subject to program terms.
What does the 3-month engagement include?
The first 3-month pathway includes Apex Continuity access, focused pathway support where suitable, and a 90-day Calibration to reassess progress and determine the next step.
