Vitalmap™ is the structured diagnostic entry point of the Apex system.
It combines diagnostic assessment, clinician-led review, interpretation, and next-step guidance to help determine the most appropriate pathway, panel, or level of support.
The Apex Complete Baseline Panel provides the full bloodwork scope used within Vitalmap™, delivered as a standalone private pathology and data product.
It includes official laboratory results and a high-level Apex Biomarker Summary, but does not include clinician-led review, pathway suitability assessment, or strategic guidance.
Private biomarker panels that provide official laboratory results and a high-level Apex Biomarker Summary. These panels support data visibility and next-step decisions, but do not replace Vitalmap™ or clinician-led review.
Simple at-home tools that support ongoing visibility between formal assessments, reviews, and pathway calibrations.
Additional data tools that may support visibility across body composition, glucose patterns, metabolic behaviour, and change over time.
If you know you want structured diagnostic clarity, begin with Vitalmap™.
If you are unsure which pathway, biomarker panel, tool, or support product is appropriate, an Apex Strategy Consultation can help determine the right starting point.
Vitalmap™ is the structured diagnostic entry point of the Apex system. It combines diagnostic assessment, clinical review, interpretation, and next-step guidance.
A biomarker panel provides laboratory data and may include a high-level Apex Biomarker Summary, but it does not replace clinician-led review, pathway suitability assessment, or strategic guidance.
The Apex Complete Baseline Panel provides the full bloodwork scope used within Vitalmap™, delivered as a standalone pathology and data product.
It includes official laboratory results and a high-level Apex Biomarker Summary, but does not include clinician-led review or pathway suitability assessment.
The Apex Foundational Health Biomarker Panel is a lighter, standard baseline testing suite designed to provide visibility across common general health markers.
It does not include the full bloodwork scope used within Vitalmap™.
No. Focused biomarker panels are narrower data tools designed to assess specific areas of interest.
Vitalmap™ is broader and includes structured clinical review, interpretation, and next-step guidance within the Apex system.
Not always. Some biomarker panels may be available directly where appropriate.
However, Vitalmap™ is recommended when you want clinician-led interpretation, pathway suitability assessment, and structured next-step guidance.
No. Biomarker panels provide laboratory data and may highlight markers or patterns that warrant follow-up.
They do not diagnose medical conditions, provide treatment advice, change medications, or replace care from your GP or specialist.
If results show abnormal or concerning findings, you may be advised to follow up with your GP, specialist, or an appropriate healthcare provider.
Where suitable, Apex may also recommend Vitalmap™ a focused pathway, or the Apex Blueprint™ for more structured review and guidance.
DEXA provides detailed body composition data, including fat mass, lean mass, and regional body composition.
It can be useful for clients tracking body composition, metabolic health, performance, or changes over time.
Continuous Glucose Monitoring, or CGM, provides visibility into glucose patterns over time.
It may help identify how nutrition, sleep, training, stress, and daily routines influence glucose regulation and metabolic behaviour.
Not by default. DEXA and CGM are additional diagnostic tools that may be recommended where relevant to your goals, clinical context, or pathway.
They can provide useful extra data but do not replace Vitalmap™ or clinician-led interpretation.
Home Tracking Tools are simple at-home measurement tools such as blood pressure monitors, waist measurement tools, digital scales, and progress tracking resources.
They support ongoing visibility between formal assessments, reviews, and pathway calibrations, but they do not replace diagnostic testing or clinical review.
Some basic tools and selected diagnostic data products may be available directly.
Advanced, personalised, or clinically guided tools may require structured assessment, review, and eligibility within the Apex system.
If you want clinician-led diagnostic clarity and next-step guidance, start with HealthScreen™
If you only want a specific data point, a focused biomarker panel, DEXA, CGM, or home tracking tool may be appropriate.
If you are unsure, an Apex Strategy Consultation can help determine the most appropriate starting point.
